Scientific illustration

I feel engineering and the sciences could do with more beautiful visualizations. I have worked as a science illustrator for the Berkeley Science Review, and I continue to develop technical visualizations for my own work. If you have an illustration project you might be interested in collaborating on, please write to me.

Sketching

Thanks to my aunt, I have been drawing and painting from when I was very young, although I continually wish to spend more time on it. Today, I enjoy working in many media, particularly pastel, linoprinting, and oil.

My aunt also introduced me to watercolor painting on location.
